Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us. On our contact form, that's your name, email address and company, and your message. If you apply through our careers page, it's your name, email address and the role you're interested in, plus any phone number, LinkedIn profile or note you add. We also collect standard web analytics, such as pages visited, time on site and referral sources, through Google Analytics (GA4).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to answer your inquiries, review job applications, improve our website and services, and send you occasional updates about our solution areas. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

When you send us a form

When you send our contact form or a careers application, we save it in a private area of our content system, apart from the content the site publishes. We then email it to our team, and send you a short confirmation, through our Google Workspace email. Your name, email address and company from the contact form also go to Apollo.io, which is where we keep our contact list. Careers applications don't go to Apollo.io.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and for essential website functionality. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. The breakout on our homepage sets one strictly necessary session cookie of its own, described further down this page.

The conversation on our homepage

When you type into the conversation on our homepage, your browser keeps the conversation and a random session id in that tab's session storage until you close the tab. Before a message is used or kept, we remove anything shaped like an email address, phone number or web link, and a name you introduce yourself with. We keep each message, with those details removed, in a private area of our content system, along with the topics and themes it matched, the time, and the random session id. If you go on into the breakout, it can carry the same session id, so the two sets of records are linked. The check works on patterns and won't catch everything, so please don't type personal details you wouldn't want us to hold.

The breakout on our homepage

The breakout is the working session that opens from the conversation on our homepage, where you describe a process, answer two quick questions and an agent draws a workflow for it. You don't sign in to use it, and it doesn't ask for your name or email address.

One cookie, for one session. When you start, our server sets a first-party cookie named __Secure-tvg. It's split into up to three parts, so your browser may show __Secure-tvg.0, .1 and .2. It's strictly necessary: without it, the breakout can't remember where you are between one message and the next. The cookie is encrypted, scripts on the page can't read it, and your browser sends it only to the breakout's own address on our site, not with any other page.

Here's what's inside it: the use case you picked or described, the systems and approvals you picked or typed, how far you've got, how many times you've asked for a change to the workflow, the opening of the last four things you've typed (with the details described below removed), and any figures you've typed, such as an amount or a number of days. It also holds the ids of the resource cards shown to you, a few counters we use to cap usage, and a random session id. If you came in from the conversation above, it keeps a brief note of the role and need you described there, and the topic tags from that conversation. We don't ask for your name or email address, and there's no sign-in or account. Before your messages are used or kept, we remove anything shaped like an email address, phone number or web link, and a name you introduce yourself with. That's a pattern check and it won't catch everything, so please don't type personal details you wouldn't want us to hold.

It's a session cookie, so your browser normally drops it when you close the browser (some browsers keep session cookies if they reopen your old tabs). Either way, our server stops accepting it 2 hours after your last message, and never more than 8 hours after you started. After that you start fresh. The breakout doesn't recognise you on a later visit.

Your workflow stays in the tab. The draft workflow you build is kept in that browser tab's session storage until you close the tab. It's sent along with each message so the agent can keep working on it, but it isn't written to our records. The cookie holds only a fingerprint of it, with its version and step count, which we use to check it hasn't been altered.

Who processes what you type. Your answers, your messages and your workflow are sent to Google Cloud (Vertex AI), which runs the AI model behind the agent. Searches you type in the Resources panel are processed by Google Cloud too.

What we keep. To see how the breakout is used and make it better, we keep two kinds of record in a private area of our content system: each message you send, including anything you type into the question card, with the details above stripped out; and a session summary with counts, how far you got and topic tags, but none of your words. They're tied to the random session id, not to you. Because these records aren't tied to you, we usually can't pick yours out if you ask us to delete them; write to privacy@tvameva.ai and we'll tell you what we can do.

Data Security

We protect your personal data with technical and organizational measures. Pages on tvameva.ai are served over HTTPS, so your browser's connection to the site is encrypted with TLS, and our servers use TLS for every connection that carries your data to the services listed under Third-Party Services. The site runs on Google Cloud Platform. Form submissions and the conversation and breakout records are kept in a private area of our content system that visitors can't open.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. For GDPR and CCPA requests, contact us at privacy@tvameva.ai.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Google Cloud Platform (hosting, server logs, and Vertex AI, which runs the AI model behind the breakout and the search inside it); Google Workspace (emailing form submissions to our team, and your confirmation to you); Google Analytics (analytics); Google Fonts (the fonts each page loads, so your IP address goes to Google); Algolia (the site search, which receives what you type in the search box and your IP address); Apollo.io (our contact list, from the contact form); our content system (page content, form submissions, and the conversation and breakout records, kept privately); and Calendly (scheduling, if you book a call through its link). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
